Nebeski visovi – 4. kolo Nacionalne serije u planinskom trčanju

The Sky Heights Race on Zlatibor represents the fourth round of the National Mountain Running Series, organized by the Mountaineering Club Tornik from Čajetina. Participants can choose between two loop courses: a longer red course of 21 km with 1400 meters of elevation gain intended for seniors, and a shorter blue course of 10 km with 500 meters of elevation gain for juniors. The courses pass through pristine nature of Zlatibor, crossing peaks such as Ljujaš, Orlić, Jelova Gora, Bandera-Tornik, and Liska, offering attractive and wild landscapes. The race gathers competitors from all over Serbia and abroad, and the scoring in the National Series is regulated by the rules of the Mountaineering Association of Serbia, a member of the World Mountain Running Association (WMRA).

The race base is at the elementary school in the village of Jablanica. The race is part of the National Mountain Running Series with five rounds for seniors and three races for juniors. Participation requires a validated competition book from the Serbian Mountaineering Association (PSS) or a medical certificate. Senior scoring includes bonus points from the national championship and ultra trail races. The Mountaineering Association of Serbia is a member of the World Mountain Running Association (WMRA). Participants can expect challenging mountain trails, and the race is part of a broader national series promoting mountain running in Serbia.
