Kamenica trejl 2026

Kamenica Trail 2026 is the first event in the Jug Trail Series. It takes place on October 18, 2026, at the Dabilo picnic area near Niš. The race offers two routes: a long course of 20.7 km with 810 meters of elevation gain and a short course of 5.6 km with 240 meters of elevation gain. Both start and finish at the same location. The routes pass along forest trails, gravel roads, and a section of paved road, offering a challenge and scenic views. The organizer is the Running club Niš Running and Mountaineering Association. Participants can expect good organization, refreshments, and prizes.

Race packets will be distributed in Niš on Saturday, October 17. Mandatory equipment includes a charged phone with the organizer’s number, at least half a liter of water, and your own cup or bottle (there will be no plastic cups at refreshment stations). A wind- and rain-resistant jacket is recommended. Timing is manual, with no chip. At the finish, there will be portable toilets, a shower cabin (hot water is not guaranteed), a sound system, and first aid. Refreshments will include water, isotonic drinks, fruit, and salty snacks. All finishers receive medals; prizes are awarded for overall and age-group placings. Parking is limited, so carpooling and arriving early are recommended. The race is the first event in the Jug Trail Series. The start and finish are at the Dabilo picnic area.
